NY Design Week 2006: HauteGreen
by sabine7 / May 25, 2006

HauteGreen was a Williamsburg exhibition of the best of sustainable design, curated by Aric Chen, Graham Hill and Kimberly Oliver. The furniture, lighting and accessories were all aesthetically pleasing and eco-friendly, perfectly in place in any modern setting. Highlights were the Waterr installation by Tobias Wong and Josée Lépage, a matter of choosing form over function, and the Biowall by Loop pH Ltd, made of off-cuts of fiberglass rods from a kite manufacturer and plants. Also of note was the BBDRRR rug from redstr/collective, made from scarf textile remainders from fashion house Boudicca’s 2006 collection. SM

I would like to ask Jerry Knott how he cuts the wine bottles. I make wind chimes out of wine bottles and have trouble getting a "good cut". I break a lot of bottles. Any suggestions?

How would I buy some of Jerry Knotts wine bottles
