Back from Milan, following their participation in Wallpaper Magazine's "World Edit Exhibition", Loyal Loot Collective designers Anna Thomas, Carmen Douville, Doha Chebib, Dara Humniski, and Lindsay Sutton are now exhibiting at Art Firm in the prairie city of Calgary this month. We attended the opening and saw some new work including; a wood version of the pillow chair, new species of log bowls made from urban tree removal, as well our favorite - Monsieur Dress up. JGB

Loyal Loot has some good ideas, I like their reusing ouf outdoor/hunting ideas in the log bowls, coathang, mirrors ect. I would use some of it if I got the chance.
Great designers. Definitely a group to keep tabs on.
Hey girls,
good to see you are doing well! Great work. It's provocative and responsible.
Good luck.
There seems to be a subtle critique on patriarchal societies in LL's work. Especially the trophy mirror, and Monsieur Dress up. Makes me wonder if North America should take a long hard look into the trophy mirror. Chelsea, I think you nailed it by calling their work "provocative".
