Brooklyn-based Designfenzider has launched a new line of candlesticks and candelabras designed by Ron Gilad and made of materials such as cherry wood, concrete, stainless steel, aluminium and powder coated metal. The candleholder sections are gold- and silver-plated, and attached magnetically. Candlestick No.5, above, casts a great shadow, but all of them are terrific balancing acts.
