Leonor Feijó and Marta Belo are the creative minds behind Little Hands, a wallpaper company that specializes in wallcoverings for children. New Design Canada featured five Canadians side by side. We saw Pascale Girardin's large wall lighting installation at IDS and Geoffrey Lilge's L40 chair earlier this year. Wallcovering designer Tracy Kendall was back again this year in the Brits section with some new designs. Some of the papers we saw were; lettered & mirrored, what looked like lettered sticky notes, lettered felt and one paper that had sewn lettering. More after the jump.

+ Lovegrove & Repucci are launching the new London Delft series of porcelain dinnerware. The five-piece settings bring the London streets to the table in an unusual, yet traditional, manner.

+ We are looking forward to seeing Bev Hisey’s new hand-knotted rugs at ICFF. The rugs are inspired by oil paintings her grandmother did in the 1950s and are as effective as wallhangings as floorcoverings.

Graphic designer Fabien Barral sent us his new design project, Harmonie Interieure, a collaboration with his wife. In a slightly different take on vinyl decals for the home, these works are more typographic, symbolic and often art like. There are 6 collections, Ailleurs/ elsewhere, Temps Retrouve/ the past, Organic/ nature, Ornements/ decorative, Urban (our fave) and Kids.
