Bling! is a series of playful gemstones by Hitoko Okada. These handmade neckpieces also function as mini wallhangings, part of the Gladstone Hotel's textile exhibition, Obsession - Hard Twist 6. Stuffed fabric jewels derived from vivid screen-prints are mounted on a felt base to make up one-of-a-kind pieces that more than stand in for the usual symbols of luxury and status.
