ITSOK GLOW by Sighn
by Harry / October 13, 2009
Just in time for Halloween, new glow-in-the-dark ITSOK's by Sighn. Chicago- based Sighn's work speaks of the vulnerability of emotions which are materialized via text-based objects, hoping to connect us as humans. He states that "the pieces tend to deliver a hug, a pat on the back, or a chuckle." By using immediate and fleeting phrases, one is able to absorb the stream of consciousness continuously running through his work. When All Is Said & Done, a Solo Exhibition by Sighn opens Friday October 30 at Possible Projects in Brooklyn.
